How to Begin | Frequently Asked Questions | Pay Bill

To begin using mySHPS Online Payment, you'll complete a one-time Participant Billing Profile. Then you can pay your bills from SHPS online any time!

Step One
You'll need a copy of your billing statement to establish your Participant Billing Profile and pay your bill. It also may be convenient to have a check available to enter your bank account information.

Step Two
Begin establishing your profile within the login section of the Online Payment home page.

  • Enter the Last Name that is reflected on the billing statement.
  • Enter the Social Security Number of the participant that is reflected on the billing statement.
  • Enter the date of birth in mmddyyyy format.
  • Click the login next to sign on

Step Three
Billing Profile Contact Information verification. A sample document shown online will help you establish the following required numbers.

  • Enter the Account type.
  • Enter the Banking Information.
  • Enter the Routing Number.
  • Enter the "Account Code" located on the bottom of your billing statement.
  • Enter the "Product Code" located on the bottom of your billing statement.
  • Enter the "Event Code" located on bottom of your billing statement.
  • Click make payment.

Note: If you receive two separate billing statements from SHPS each month, you must establish two separate profiles for paying your bills.
